CBD successfully completed training for the first batch of the apprentice program

The project witnessed its launch as the most unique development program in February 2022. Its goal is to provide the candidates with professional training which will lead towards enhancing the required skills for their permanent jobs.

Only 35 candidates were shortlisted out of the total 150 candidates. The candidates spent two months at the executive development center, established for the apprentice program, during which they learned 10 hard skills and 12 soft skills. Lectures were also given by the directorate heads of the CBD Punjab and seasoned HR professionals.

A professional working environment was also witnessed during this program by the apprentices during the last three weeks of their training. During this time they were mentored by the Directorate heads of CBD Punjab. The success of the first bath has the second batch of apprentices in motion, while all the details related to the program will be released in the near future.

کل ایک سو پچاس امیدواروں میں سے صرف پینتیس امیدواروں کو شارٹ لسٹ کیا گیا۔ امیدواروں نے دو ماہ ایگزیکٹو ڈویلپمنٹ سینٹر میں گزارے، جو اپرنٹس پروگرام کے لیے قائم کیا گیا تھا، جس کے دوران انہوں نے دس مشکل مہارتیں اور بارہ نرم مہارتیں سیکھیں۔ سی بی ڈی پنجاب کے ڈائریکٹوریٹ کے سربراہوں اور تجربہ کار HR پیشہ ور افراد نے بھی لیکچرز دیئے۔
اس پروگرام کے دوران تربیت کے آخری تین ہفتوں کے دوران اپرنٹسز نے پیشہ ورانہ کام کرنے کا ماحول بھی دیکھا۔ اس دوران سی بی ڈی پنجاب کے ڈائریکٹوریٹ کے سربراہان نے ان کی رہنمائی کی۔ پہلے حمام کی کامیابی سے اپرنٹس کی دوسری کھیپ حرکت میں آ گئی ہے جبکہ پروگرام سے متعلق تمام تفصیلات مستقبل قریب میں جاری کی جائیں گی۔
