Cabinet allocates budget for CDA amounting 48.9bn

On Tuesday, resources have reported that the Ministry of Interior presented a summary related to the approval of CDA budget 2020-2021 and revised estimates for the financials for the financial year 2019-2010.

Spokesperson of Cabinet stated that the CDA had proposed Rs48.9 billion for 2020-21 that includes Rs 8.9 Billion government grants and Rs5.8 billion under the Public Sector Development Program (PSDP).

The Civic Agency has gained Rs19.2 billion government grants and receipts in Fy2019-20. Overall, the CDA is supposed to make a return of over 7.3 billion.

A senior official told that the return gained from CDA is likely to surge to Rs27 billion during the current fiscal year owing to auctions and better recoveries from the related people.

22 billion rupees have been transferred from CDA to Islamabad, the metropolitan corporation for the cause of loans owing to auction and better recoveries.

ترجمان کابینہ نے بتایا کہ سی ڈی اے نے 2020-21 کے لئے 48.9 بلین روپے کی تجویز پیش کی تھی جس میں پبلک سیکٹر ڈویلپمنٹ پروگرام (پی ایس ڈی پی) کے تحت 8.9 بلین روپے کی سرکاری گرانٹ اور 5،8 بلین روپے شامل ہیں۔

شہری ایجنسی نے مالی سال2019-22 میں 19.2 بلین روپے کی سرکاری گرانٹ اور رسیدیں حاصل کیں۔ مجموعی طور پر ، سی ڈی اے 7.3 بلین سے زائد کی واپسی کرے گی۔

ایک سینئر عہدیدار نے بتایا کہ نیلامی اور متعلقہ لوگوں کی بہتر بازیافت کی وجہ سے رواں مالی سال کے دوران سی ڈی اے سے حاصل شدہ واپسی 27 ارب روپے ہوجائے گی۔

نیلامی اور بہتر وصولی کی وجہ سے قرضوں کی وجوہ کے لئے میٹرو پولیٹن کارپوریشن نے 22 ارب روپے سی ڈی اے سے اسلام آباد منتقل کردیئے ہیں۔
