MULTAN: To assist the inhabitants by resolving their issues at their doorstep, the Rs 3.60 billion civil secretariat south Punjab project will be finished by August 2023. (Reported by news source)
During the visit of Capt. (Retd) Saqib Zafar, Additional Chief Secretary, to the building site was told that the project was moving quickly, according to the officials. The South Punjab Secretariat is being established on 504 Kanal of land, where administrative houses will also be built.
The south Punjab secretariat was described by the additional chief secretary as a "significant milestone" in the growth of the area. Since all of the police will have offices in the same building, their effectiveness will also increase. All requirements would be met by the building's design, he continued.
He looked over various areas of the site and gave the relevant personnel the order to maintain the highest standards for the content.

ایڈیشنل چیف سیکرٹری کیپٹن (ر) ثاقب ظفر کے عمارت کی جگہ کے دورے کے دوران بتایا گیا کہ حکام کے مطابق منصوبہ تیزی سے آگے بڑھ رہا ہے۔ جنوبی پنجاب سیکرٹریٹ 504 کنال اراضی پر قائم کیا جا رہا ہے جہاں انتظامی گھر بھی بنائے جائیں گے۔
ایڈیشنل چیف سیکرٹری نے جنوبی پنجاب سیکرٹریٹ کو علاقے کی ترقی میں ایک "اہم سنگ میل" قرار دیا۔ چونکہ تمام پولیس کے دفاتر ایک ہی عمارت میں ہوں گے اس لیے ان کی تاثیر میں بھی اضافہ ہوگا۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ عمارت کے ڈیزائن سے تمام ضروریات پوری ہوں گی۔
اس نے سائٹ کے مختلف علاقوں کا جائزہ لیا اور متعلقہ اہلکاروں کو مواد کے لیے اعلیٰ ترین معیار برقرار رکھنے کا حکم دیا۔
