Karachi: Developed by Malir Development Authority Realtors Association (MDARA), New Malir Housing Scheme 1 has now entered the beautification phase. Earlier, New Malir Housing Scheme 1 had announced immediate possession and immediate construction in which all the owners who have been allotted the plots can start constructing their homes. Those allottees who have not yet claimed the possession for the plots, they can contact MDARA and get possession and start constructing their homes.
MDARA has lived up to its promise and the quick development work proves it. As per the latest developments, the coloring for the black and yellow footpath has started alongside the main 150 feet wide road. Now the scope of development work has also been extended to the other sectors of the society. From sector 17 to sector 25, the development work is almost complete through which direct entry would become possible. Moreover, the cleaning work in sector 17 is also underway that will be completed soon.
MDARA is aggressively and proactively continuing on its mission to make MDA Housing Scheme 1 ready for residential purposes. Since the plots have been allotted to the owners, it is also expected that the construction would start soon. Recently, MDARA has also completed 1 year of its operations.
