Balloting for LDA City Apartments held

The CM pressed computer button for balloting of 13,277 applications for the allotments of 2,000 apartments.

Ministers Mian Mahmood-ur-Rasheed, Murad Raas, Mian Aslam Iqbal, Sadia Sohail MPA, SACM Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan, Vice Chairman LDA SM Imran, DG LDA,DG PITB, Chief Secretary, Secretary Information, and others were also present.

The CM said that successful applicants will approach Punjab Bank, or its nominated banks, for letters of comfort. The value of one apartment is around 27 lakh rupees, and the successful candidates can also submit a separate application for the subsidy to NAPHDA.

The successful candidates will submit a ten per cent down payment, while others will deposit a 21 per cent down payment. The rest of the payment will be paid in an easy monthly installment after occupying the apartment, he added.

In addition, the Punjab government is launching a low-cost housing scheme for low-income people, which will be provided to those whose monthly income is less than Rs 60,000.

 However, some conditions have been prepared for giving houses to low-income people, in which the income of the citizen is conditional but at the same time the people of the tehsil in which the housing scheme is located will get a house, low-income people.

A loan of Rs 10 lakh from a bank will also be easily available.

وزیراعلیٰ نے 2 ہزار اپارٹمنٹس کی الاٹمنٹ کے لئے 13،277 درخواستوں کی بیلٹنگ کی خاطر کمپیوٹر بٹن دبائے۔

وزراء میاں محمود الرشید ، مراد راس ، میاں اسلم اقبال ، سعدیہ سہیل ایم پی اے ، ایس اے سی ایم ڈاکٹر فردوس عاشق اعوان ، وائس چیئرمین ایل ڈی اے ایس ایم عمران ، ڈی جی ایل ڈی اے ، ڈی جی پی آئی ٹی ، چیف سکریٹری ، سیکرٹری اطلاعات ، اور دیگر بھی اس موقع پر موجود تھے۔

وزیراعلیٰ نے کہا کہ کامیاب درخواست دہندگان آرام کے خطوط کے لئے پنجاب بینک ، یا اس کے نامزد بینکوں سے رجوع کریں گے۔ ایک اپارٹمنٹ کی قیمت تقریبا 27 لاکھ روپے ہے ، اور کامیاب امیدوار NAPHDA کو سبسڈی کے لئے الگ درخواست بھی جمع کراسکتے ہیں۔

کامیاب امیدوار دس فیصد ڈاون پیمنٹ جمع کروائیں گے ، جبکہ دیگر 21 فیصد ڈاون پیمنٹ جمع کریں گے۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ باقی ادائیگی اپارٹمنٹ پر قبضہ کرنے کے بعد ایک آسان ماہانہ قسط میں ادا کی جائے گی۔

اس کے علاوہ ، پنجاب حکومت کم آمدنی والے لوگوں کے لئے کم لاگت ہاؤسنگ اسکیم شروع کررہی ہے ، جو ان لوگوں کو فراہم کی جائے گی جن کی ماہانہ آمدنی 60،000 روپے سے کم ہے۔

تاہم ، کم آمدنی والے لوگوں کو مکانات دینے کے لئے کچھ شرائط تیار کی گئیں ہیں ، جس میں شہری کی آمدنی مشروط ہے لیکن اسی کے ساتھ ہی تحصیل کے لوگوں کو مکان ملے گا ، جس میں رہائشی سکیم واقع ہے۔

کسی بھی بینک سے 10 لاکھ روپے کا قرض بھی آسانی سے مل جائے گا۔
