While revealing the initial details of the project, Malik Riaz said that Bahria Greens would have 75 square yards (15’ x 40’) plots with the same facilities as other projects of Bahria Town. These facilities include wide roads, schools, colleges, shopping malls, commercial areas, parks, high-end security, fire response team, and more. In short, Bahria Greens will have the same International lifestyle standard of Bahria Town with all the facilities that all Precincts of Bahria Town Karachi enjoy.

He expressed his vision of providing housing for all and said, “It is our wish that every Pakistani no matter if they are rich or poor, should have a nice home.”
