Authorities are instructed by the commissioner to prepare peri-urban structure plans

It was decided that the coordination committee and the RDA would be informed if the regional development plan and urban planning were to be done in a coordinated manner.

The Commissioner of Rawalpindi Division praised the consultant's performance and made him aware that the remaining deliverables might be finished quickly if all parties involved, including the general public, were involved.

The DG also asked the local administration to clarify which department will notify the peri-urban plans of four Tehsils.

The commissioner agreed with the DG's suggestion, and it was decided that a letter would be sent to the secretaries of the local government and community development departments in Punjab to request clarification on this legal matter so that all parties, including the RDA and Local Government Department operating at the district level, would have ownership of the district plan.

راولپنڈی ڈویژن کے کمشنر نے کنسلٹنٹ کی کارکردگی کو سراہتے ہوئے اسے آگاہ کیا کہ اگر تمام فریقین بشمول عام لوگوں کو شامل کیا جائے تو بقیہ ڈیلیوری ایبلز کو جلد مکمل کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
ڈی جی نے مقامی انتظامیہ سے یہ بھی وضاحت کرنے کو کہا کہ کون سا محکمہ چار تحصیلوں کے پیری اربن منصوبوں کو مطلع کرے گا۔
کمشنر نے ڈی جی کی تجویز سے اتفاق کیا، اور فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ پنجاب میں لوکل گورنمنٹ اور کمیونٹی ڈویلپمنٹ ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے سیکرٹریز کو ایک خط بھیجا جائے گا تاکہ اس قانونی معاملے پر وضاحت کی درخواست کی جائے تاکہ تمام فریق بشمول آر ڈی اے اور لوکل گورنمنٹ ڈیپارٹمنٹ ضلعی سطح پر کام کرنے والے، ضلعی منصوبے کی ملکیت حاصل کریں گے۔
