Approval of development projects throughout Pakistan: Central Development Working Party (CDWP)

Ahsan Iqbal, Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives, was present during the meeting. According to the details, the approved development projects were related to the Ministries of Housing and Works, Communication, Power Division, Railways, and National Health Services Regulations and Coordination.

The CDWP has referred Umbrella PC-1 of the Flood Protection Sector Project-III (updated) worth PKR 194.6 billion to the Economic Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) for approval, according to the facts. The meeting also sent the revised Sehat Sahulat Programme, worth PKR 31.93 billion, to the ECNEC
for final approval.

At a cost of PKR 1.82 billion, an interchange on the Hazara Motorway connecting Abbottabad and Sherwan Road will be built immediately after the first tunnel (Shimla Hill Tunnel). The DI Khan Road Development Package includes the rehabilitation and improvement of Kundal Interchange (M-14) to Chashma-DI Khan Road (revised) at a cost of PKR 2.80 billion.

سنٹرل ڈویلپمنٹ ورکنگ پارٹی نے حقائق کے مطابق، فلڈ پروٹیکشن سیکٹر پروجیکٹ-3 (اپ ڈیٹ شدہ) کا 194.6 بلین روپے کا امبریلا پی سی-1 منظوری کے لیے قومی اقتصادی کونسل کی اقتصادی کمیٹی کو بھیج دیا ہے۔ اجلاس میں 31.93 بلین روپے مالیت کا نظرثانی شدہ صحت سہولت پروگرام حتمی منظوری کے لیے قومی اقتصادی کونسل کی اقتصادی کمیٹی کو بھیجا گیا۔
1.82 بلین روپے کی لاگت سے ہزارہ موٹر وے پر ایبٹ آباد اور شیروان روڈ کو ملانے والا ایک انٹرچینج پہلی ٹنل (شملہ ہل ٹنل) کے فوراً بعد تعمیر کیا جائے گا۔
ڈی آئی خان روڈ ڈویلپمنٹ پیکیج میں 2.80 بلین روپے کی لاگت سے کنڈل انٹر چینج (موٹر وے-14) تا چشمہ-ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان روڈ (نظر ثانی شدہ) کی بحالی اور بہتری شامل ہے۔
