A delegation of environmental experts from Islamabad appreciated environment-friendly projects initiated by Water and Sanitation Agency (Wasa).
The delegation led by Arif Pervez called on Wasa Managing Director Syed Zahid Aziz. Wasa MD briefed the delegation on water projects initiated by Agency in the City.
Wasa MD briefed the delegation about the first of its kind trenchless project starting from Larex Colony and ending at Gulshan-e-Ravi.
They praised Wasa Lahore for designing eco-friendly projects and said that completion of mega water projects would have a positive impact on the environment

عارف پرویز کی سربراہی میں وفد نے واسا کے منیجنگ ڈائریکٹر سید زاہد عزیز سے ملاقات کی۔ واسا کے ایم ڈی نے وفد کو سٹی میں ایجنسی کے شروع کردہ آبی منصوبوں کے بارے میں بتایا۔
واسا کے ایم ڈی نے وفد کو لیرکس کالونی سے شروع ہونے والے اور گلشن راوی میں اختتام پذیر ہونے والے اپنے ٹرینچ لیس منصوبے کے بارے میں بتایا۔
انہوں نے ماحول دوست منصوبوں کے ڈیزائن کرنے پر واسا لاہور کی تعریف کی اور کہا کہ میگا واٹر منصوبوں کی تکمیل سے ماحولیات پر مثبت اثرات مرتب ہوں گے
