An evaluation report regarding the DHA storm drains asked to be submitted by SHC

This request came forth through an application submitted by the residents of Clifton and DHA’s residents after the damages they sustained by the monsoon rains of 2020. The application requested the appointment of a qualified sanitation engineer so a comprehensive evaluation of the drainage infrastructure could be constructed for the area.

The details related to the current existing drainage infrastructure maps were requested as well by the petitioners. In a previous hearing, the court allowed the application, and NED university experts were appointed to conduct the evaluation of the drainage infrastructure and furnish their reports.

The counsel for CBC reported the requisite documents had been provided to the NED University for the completion of their evaluation report

NED University has been provided the requisite documents by CBC which were required for the completion of their evaluation report. NED University has been directed to submit its report by the first week of June.

عرضی گزاروں کے ذریعہ موجودہ نکاسی آب کے بنیادی ڈھانچے کے نقشوں سے متعلق تفصیلات بھی مانگی گئیں۔ گزشتہ سماعت میں، عدالت نے درخواست کی اجازت دی، اور یونیورسٹی کے ماہرین کو نکاسی آب کے بنیادی ڈھانچے کا جائزہ لینے اور اپنی رپورٹ پیش کرنے کے لیے مقرر کیا گیا۔
سی بی سی کے وکیل نے بتایا کہ این ای ڈی یونیورسٹی کو ان کی تشخیصی رپورٹ کی تکمیل کے لیے مطلوبہ دستاویزات فراہم کر دی گئی ہیں۔
