All Services Being Provided Under One Roof By RDA’s One Window Operation

The one window operation will promote the ease of doing business since the people could submit their queries and get any information related to them through a centre. This centre is set up at RDA with an online facility for the citizens. It has separate counters from the five different RDA directorates who will finalize any matter within the given period of time.

The center has been built with the intention of cutting down on the hassle which was created by having to travel from one office to the other. The citizens would only be required to submit their applications here, and then they would receive the decision through the same office as well.

راولپنڈی: آر ڈی اے کے چیئرمین طارق مرتضیٰ نے انکشاف کیا کہ ون ونڈو آپریشن سنٹر کے ذریعے شہریوں کو ایک ہی چھت تلے تمام خدمات فراہم کی جا رہی ہیں۔
ون ونڈو آپریشن کاروبار کرنے میں آسانی کو فروغ دے گا کیونکہ لوگ اپنے سوالات جمع کر سکتے ہیں اور ان سے متعلق کوئی بھی معلومات مرکز کے ذریعے حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔ یہ مرکز شہریوں کے لیے ایک آن لائن سہولت کے ساتھ آر ڈی اے میں قائم کیا گیا ہے۔ اس کے پاس پانچ مختلف آر ڈی اے ڈائریکٹوریٹ سے الگ الگ کاؤنٹر ہیں جو مقررہ مدت کے اندر کسی بھی معاملے کو حتمی شکل دیں گے۔
اس مرکز کو ایک دفتر سے دوسرے دفتر جانے کی وجہ سے پیدا ہونے والی پریشانی کو کم کرنے کی نیت سے بنایا گیا ہے۔ شہریوں کو صرف اپنی درخواستیں یہاں جمع کرنے کی ضرورت ہوگی، اور پھر وہ اسی دفتر کے ذریعے فیصلہ وصول کریں گے۔
