7-story illegal construction in Liaquatabad must be demolished, Sindh High Court orders

The SBCA was questioned by the SHC bench on the construction of a seven-story skyscraper on a 90-yard site. The building was constructed without an authorised map, according to the SBCA official, and it will be demolished within a month.

Following the SBCA official's guarantee, the court adjourned the hearing and directed that a copy of the order be sent to the DG SBCA.

In Karachi's North Nazimabad Block-L, the SHC has mandated the immediate demolition of any illegal construction. According to the applicant's attorney, on the residential plot no. B165 in North Nazimabad, a ground plus three-story building had already been built, and now a fourth floor was being added. The SHC had also ordered the DG of the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) to take urgent action against the builder in relation to the unlawful structures on Plot No. B165 in North Nazimabad Block-L.

ایس بی سی اے سے ایس ایچ سی بنچ نے 90 گز کی جگہ پر سات منزلہ فلک بوس عمارت کی تعمیر پر پوچھ گچھ کی۔ ایس بی سی اے کے اہلکار کے مطابق یہ عمارت کسی مجاز نقشے کے بغیر تعمیر کی گئی تھی اور اسے ایک ماہ کے اندر گرا دیا جائے گا۔
ایس بی سی اے اہلکار کی ضمانت کے بعد عدالت نے سماعت ملتوی کرتے ہوئے ہدایت کی کہ حکم نامے کی کاپی ڈی جی ایس بی سی اے کو بھجوائی جائے۔
کراچی کے نارتھ ناظم آباد بلاک ایل میں، سندھ ہائی کورٹ نے کسی بھی غیر قانونی تعمیر کو فوری طور پر گرانے کا حکم دیا ہے۔ درخواست گزار کے وکیل کے مطابق رہائشی پلاٹ نمبر پر نارتھ ناظم آباد میں بی 165، ایک گراؤنڈ پلس تین منزلہ عمارت پہلے ہی بن چکی تھی، اور اب چوتھی منزل کا اضافہ کیا جا رہا ہے۔ ایس ایچ سی نے سندھ بلڈنگ کنٹرول اتھارٹی (ایس بی سی اے) کے ڈی جی کو نارتھ ناظم آباد بلاک ایل میں پلاٹ نمبر B165 پر غیر قانونی تعمیرات کے سلسلے میں بلڈر کے خلاف فوری کارروائی کرنے کا بھی حکم دیا تھا۔
