3,564 low-cost housing units of the Workers Welfare Fund have been completed

Currently around 150,712 low-cost housing units are under construction at various parts of the country led by different housing projects which have been launched by the help of the provincial governments.

Furthermore, the balloting for 1,508 low-cost housing units of WWF in Zone-V, Islamabad, 4,400 low-cost housing units of LDA City Lahore, 2,000 units of Farash Town, Islamabad, etc., has been conducted. Added to that, the cases of 9,563 applicants successful in balloting for under-construction housing units were in the process of housing finance.

Further sources revealed that the low-cost housing projects are being initiated in collaboration with Development Authorities, Federal Government Employees Housing Authority, and the Workers Welfare Fund.

اس وقت ملک کے مختلف حصوں میں تقریباً 150,712 کم لاگت والے ہاؤسنگ یونٹس زیر تعمیر ہیں جن کی قیادت میں مختلف ہاؤسنگ پروجیکٹس صوبائی حکومتوں کی مدد سے شروع کیے گئے ہیں۔
مزید برآں، زون-V، اسلام آباد میں ڈبلیو ڈبلیو ایف کے 1,508 کم لاگت والے ہاؤسنگ یونٹس، ایل ڈی اے سٹی لاہور کے 4,400 کم لاگت والے ہاؤسنگ یونٹس، فراش ٹاؤن، اسلام آباد وغیرہ کے 2,000 یونٹس کے لیے بیلٹنگ کی گئی ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ، زیر تعمیر ہاؤسنگ یونٹس کے لیے بیلٹنگ میں کامیاب ہونے والے 9,563 درخواست دہندگان کے کی�� ہاؤسنگ فنانس کے عمل میں تھے۔
مزید ذرائع نے انکشاف کیا کہ کم لاگت کے ہاؤسنگ منصوبے ترقیاتی اتھارٹیز، فیڈرل گورنمنٹ ایمپلائز ہاؤسنگ اتھارٹی اور ورکرز ویلفیئر فنڈ کے تعاون سے شروع کیے جا رہے ہیں۔
