24 Buildings Sealed At Canal Road By LDA

During a grand operation carried out by the Lahore Development Authority’s Town Planning Zone-5 teams, 24 buildings were sealed at Canal Road between Thokar Niaz Baig and Shahkam Chowk. The reason for this was revealed on Tuesday to be them going ahead with commercial activities without seeking final approval from the Authority.

LDA Town’s Planning Zone-5 teams had also bulldozed several other structures on the same road which had been built without seeking the approval of their maps.

لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی کی ٹاؤن پلاننگ زون 5 کی ٹیموں کے گرینڈ آپریشن کے دوران ٹھوکر نیاز بیگ اور شاہ کام چوک کے درمیان کینال روڈ پر 24 عمارتوں کو سیل کر دیا گیا۔ اس کی وجہ منگل کو یہ سامنے آئی کہ وہ اتھارٹی سے حتمی منظوری لیے بغیر کمرشل سرگرمیاں آگے بڑھا رہے ہیں۔
ایل ڈی اے ٹاؤن کی پلاننگ زون 5 کی ٹیموں نے اسی سڑک پر متعدد دیگر تعمیرات کو بھی بلڈوز کر دیا تھا جو ان کے نقشوں کی منظوری لیے بغیر تعمیر کیے گئے تھے۔
