10-day extension by LDA to submit commercial fees and non-conforming property usage

Pakistan: Keeping in mind all the property corruption and issues The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has prolonged the final date of submission for the commercial fee and discontinuing illegal commercial activities. The deadline has been extended for 10 more days. The effective date of this rule is September 23, 2017.

Rules and regulation are well-defined this time, where authority is entitled to seal the properties that do not clear the dues.

An authorized notice has been sent from the LDA to the people who are titled for these taxes.
