Position: Projects Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit real estate project sales revenue targets by executing the company's vision for growth and excellence
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base, driving revenue growth and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identify leads for the project sales in emerging markets, upcoming real estate projects with renowned developers across Karachi and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
REQUIREMENTS:
• Out spoken and well presentable personality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 3-4 years of real estate marketing and selling experience.
