The applicant selected for this position will be tasked with establishing, maintaining and expanding the company’s client base while fulfilling the needs of existing clients. The objective of the sales manager is to build sales revenues towards achieving individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
Job Description
• Responsible to deal with real estate agencies in the region
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding a client base while aptly fulfilling the needs of existing clients
• Planning, preparing and executing promotions and associated sales of company services.
• Working with the team to achieve sales performance targets of the designated region and delivering on key performance indicators
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or a related field
• Experience: 4-5 years in Real Estate Sales/Business Development
• Excellent communications, team management and sales management skills
