Encouraging women has always been an act of kindness after the evolution of Islam. Women all over Pakistan are serving a way or another. The sacrifices of women in the history of Pakistan can never be forgotten and denied. To regard the women belonging to every sector/field/profession, ilaan.com started a special segment called WOW Factor.
What is WOW Factor?
Women all around Pakistan are contributing in a way or another to play their role in Pakistan a better country for the upbringing of our next generation. The celebrate the existence of such women, ilaan.com designed a special segment named “WOW Factor”. WOW is basically an abbreviation of “Women on Wings”.
Actually what happens in WOW Factor is very simple but the outcome worth it all. Our PR Manager Humna Syed hosts the WOW Factor. She digs deeper and finds the most influential women of Pakistan. She flies to different cities with her team to shoot the videos.
When did WOW Factor was first published?
The first episode of WOW factor was on-aired on August 23- 2020 featuring Natasha Baig. She is a Pakistani folk singer and has brightened up the name of Pakistan on different international platforms.

How ilaan.com appreciate its female employees?
ilaan.com always goes the extra mile to promote and appreciate the female employees. Ladies working with ilaan.com are offered surety of their jobs. There is a total of 24 women employed in the Lahore office of Johar Town. 5 women are employed at the Karachi office while 5 are employed at Islamabad Office. These women are treated with respect and given complete freedom so that they can flourish and polish their skills in the most attractive manners.
To encourage women for doing better we at ilaan.com organized an event at the Lahore office. We designed a cake and wrote “Happy Women’s Day” on the top of it. Designed cups for every employee with their name and designation on them. This event was a gesture of love and celebration of their existence as part of the ilaan.com family.
