For this category, the developers had announced the balloting date in advance and as per the scheduled date, the event was conducted and the lucky ones were determined through a 100% transparent process.
Payment Plan
After the balloting comes the payment part. Those who turned out as successful applicants during the balloting process have to follow a payment schedule. According to the payment schedule, the down payment must be made within 30 days of the balloting date. For the remaining amount, DHA Bahawalpur allows 12 equal quarterly installments. In the residential category, there are plots of 5 marlas, 8 marlas, and 2 Kanal. There are also plots for sale for farmhouses in 4 Kanal and 8 Kanal sizes.
