Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is reportedly planning to introduce an exclusive state-of-the-art residential project for overseas Pakistanis in the picturesque Mauza Kuri area of the federal capital.
Situated on a sprawling 14,000 kanal of land adjacent to Park Road, the project aims to cater specifically to the needs and preferences of overseas Pakistanis, offering them a unique investment opportunity.
An official from the CDA shared, "This upcoming scheme will be exclusively reserved for overseas Pakistanis, and the plots within it will be marketed and sold in US dollars, thereby contributing significantly to the country's foreign exchange reserves."
The initiative has received a green light from relevant authorities in its initial phase, following a decision made during a meeting chaired by CDA Chairman, Captain (r) Anwar ul Haque. The CDA is currently in the process of appointing a design consultant, who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the project's execution and conducting essential studies, including those related to environmental impact, traffic management, and hydrology.
Furthermore, the designated consultant will be tasked with developing a comprehensive infrastructure and road development plan, ensuring that all modern amenities seamlessly integrate into the scheme. This visionary residential project is expected to not only meet the housing needs of overseas Pakistanis but also enhance the country's infrastructure and economic prospects.
