Western route of CPEC to complete under present government

Federal Minister for Communications and Postal Services Murad Saeed has said that the Western Route of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was undertaken from Balochistan by the present government, and this dream of prosperity has been turned into reality.

The Western Route of the CPEC will also be completed during the present regime. He was expressing views on the occasion of Ground Breaking of dualization of Quetta Western bypass, construction of Dera Murad Jamali pypass, and Ziarat Mor-Kach-Harnai-Sanjavi road projects of National Highway Authority, Ministry of Communications.

Murad Saeed said, during the previous fifteen years, 1,100 km long highways were planned. While during the last two and half years, 3,300 Km long national highways projects were planned and work started on them.

He said, the present government has turned the dream of the western route of the CPEC into reality, and this route will be completed during the present government.

He said work on the Zhob-Khuzdar project has been started while D.I. Khan-Zhob project has been approved and work will be started soon.

The Federal Minister for Communications and Postal Services Murad Saeed recalled that Basima-Khuzdar and Hoshab-Awaran projects have also been started. Work on 796 km long dualization of Chaman-Quetta-Karachi-Highway will be started this year.

Federal Minister added thatthe construction, and extension of national highways and motorways in Balochistan will not only pave the way for socio-economic uplift of far long areas of Balochistan, but it will also cast far-reaching positive effects on the economy of the entire region.

اسلام آباد: وفاقی وزیر مواصلات اور ڈاک خدمات نے کہا ہے کہ موجودہ حکومت کے دوران سی پی ای سی کا مغربی روٹ مکمل کیا جائے گا۔

وفاقی وزیر مواصلات اور ڈاک خدمات مراد سعید نے کہا ہے کہ موجودہ حکومت نے چین سے پاکستان اقتصادی راہداری (سی پی ای سی) کا مغربی روٹ شروع کیا تھا ، اور خوشحالی کا یہ خواب حقیقت میں بدل گیا ہے۔

موجودہ حکومت کے دوران سی پی ای سی کا مغربی روٹ بھی مکمل ہوگا۔ وہ کوئٹہ ویسٹرن بائی پاس کو دہری بنانے کے گراؤنڈ بریکنگ ، ڈیرہ مراد جمالی پائپاس کی تعمیر ، اور نیشنل ہائی وے اتھارٹی وزارت مواصلات کے زیارت موڑ-کچ ہرنائ سنجاوی روڈ منصوبوں کے موقع پر اظہار خیال کررہے تھے۔

مراد سعید نے کہا ، پچھلے پندرہ سالوں کے دوران 1،100 کلومیٹر لمبی شاہراہوں کا منصوبہ بنایا گیا تھا۔ جبکہ گذشتہ ڈھائی سالوں کے دوران ، قومی شاہراہوں پر 3 سو 3 سو کلومیٹر طویل منصوبوں کی منصوبہ بندی کی گئی تھی اور ان پر کام شروع کیا گیا تھا۔

انہوں نے کہا ، موجودہ حکومت نے سی پی ای سی کے مغربی روٹ کے خواب کو حقیقت میں بدل دیا ہے ، اور موجودہ حکومت کے دور میں یہ راستہ مکمل ہوگا۔

انہوں نے بتایا کہ ژوب خضدار منصوبے پر کام شروع کر دیا گیا ہے جبکہ ڈی آئی۔ خان ژوب منصوبے کی منظوری دے دی گئی ہے اور جلد ہی کام شروع کردیا جائے گا۔

وفاقی وزیر برائے مواصلات اور ڈاک خدمات مراد سعید نے یاد دلایا کہ باسما خضدار ، اور ہوشاب آواران منصوبے بھی شروع کردیئے گئے ہیں۔ اس سال چمن کوئٹہ ۔کراچی شاہراہ پر 796 کلومیٹر لمبی دوہری کام پر کام شروع کیا جائے گا۔

وفاقی وزیر نے مزید کہا کہ بلوچستان میں قومی شاہراہوں اور موٹر ویز کی تعمیر اور توسیع سے نہ صرف بلوچستان کے دور دراز علاقوں کی سماجی و معاشی ترقی کی راہ ہموار ہوگی بلکہ اس سے پورے خطے کی معیشت پر بھی دور رس اثرات مرتب ہوں گے۔ .
