Sports Complex being constructed in FDA City under Punjab Annual Development Program

Faisalabad: A modern Sports Complex is being constructed in FDA City covering an area of 27 Kanals of land with an estimated cost of PKR 500 million under Punjab Annual Development program, as reported by the news sources.
Director General (DG) Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Sohail Khawaja visited the under-construction Sports Complex site on Wednesday to check the pace and quality of construction and checked the different areas of under completion sports complex.
He emphasized the need to ensure the transparent use of funds and mentioned that regular monitoring of the construction work should be carried out for the timely completion of the project. While speaking about his visit, the DG FDA said that the mega project was very significant for the provision of indoor games facilities in the city.
The modern sports complex in FDA City is going to have the facilities of two swimming pools (cold and hot water), two lawns for tennis, three badminton courts, basketball court, four table tennis courts, chest and carom area, snooker, gymnasium, jogging tracks, open area, dining hall, canteen, park for special children, grand parking, and so much more.
