Shops Spread over more than Half of the Streets due to encroachment in Lahore

The city is always flooded with encroachments, shops spread to more than half of the streets, pedestrians are also occupied by wheelbarrow makers, wheelbarrow mafia did not even leave sidewalks, illegal parking caused traffic problems. The citizens are in trouble while the administration is missing from the public scene.

Everywhere you go in the city, there is a lot of encroachment and illegal parking. On the road adjacent to the Haji camp, the wheelbarrow mafia occupies more than half of the road.

In Delhi Darwaza, everyone is occupying the road, and selling their goods, if someone parks his car on the road and disappears, the people have to suffer the consequences.

Tea stalls and spice shops have been set up outside the Delhi Gate, and the verandah has been occupied. In front of it, sidewalks, rickshaws, and wheelbarrows are shining their business.

 It is impossible for the residents of Rang Mahal to go to Mayo Hospital in an emergency. The flood of encroachments in Haji Camp Linda Bazaar has caused the mental anguish to the citizens.

 Citizens say that due to encroachments, the journey takes only a few minutes. and in case of any emergency, even the ambulance is not available.

Citizens further said that encroachment is not possible without the concurrence of the market administration, traffic flow is disrupted and it is difficult to walk, the actions of the district administration and the metropolitan corporation are only a show.

شہریوں کا کہنا ہے کہ تجاوزات کی وجہ سے سفر میں صرف چند منٹ لگتے ہیں۔ اور کسی بھی ہنگامی صورتحال کی صورت میں ، یہاں تک کہ ایمبولینس بھی دستیاب نہیں ہے۔

شہریوں کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ تجاوزات مارکیٹ انتظامیہ کی اتفاق رائے کے بغیر ممکن نہیں ، ٹریفک کی روانی متاثر ہے اور اسے چلنا مشکل ہے ، ضلعی انتظامیہ اور میٹرو پولیٹن کارپوریشن کے اقدامات صرف ایک نمائش ہیں۔
