SBCA takes action against fake NOCs

The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) while taking action against fake NOCs for marketing and sales termed the sale and purchase of residential and commercial plots illegal in two private-public sale projects including 'Al-Jadeed Golf Club and Residency', situated at Survey No. 15, Deh Kharkhro, Taluka Gadap, District Malir and 'Memon Heaven' situated at Survey No. 22, Deh Bhatti Amri, Sector A-7, Gulshan-e-Kaneez Fatima, Scheme No. 33. The authority also warned people against investing in such illegal projects.

In this regard, the SBCA has issued notices to the respective builders of the above two projects, M/s. Asif Zubair Builders and Developers holding license number DL-3342 and M/s. SBS Builders holding Licence Number DL-3322 respectively directing them to stop all kinds of marketing campaigns and buying and selling or booking from their respective head offices and site offices prior to obtaining a legal NOC from the SBCA. Otherwise, any violation of the construction laws will be considered misleading and deceptive to the public.

سندھ بلڈنگ کنٹرول اتھارٹی (ایس بی سی اے) نے مارکیٹنگ اور سیلز کے لیے جعلی این او سیز کے خلاف کارروائی کرتے ہوئے سروے میں واقع 'الجدید گالف کلب اینڈ ریذیڈنسی' سمیت دو پرائیویٹ پبلک سیل پروجیکٹس میں رہائشی اور کمرشل پلاٹوں کی خرید و فروخت کو غیر قانونی قرار دیا۔ نمبر 15، دیہہ کھڑکھو، تعلقہ گڈاپ، ضلع ملیر اور 'میمن جنت' سروے نمبر 22، ڈیہ بھٹی امری، سیکٹر اے-7، گلشن کنیز فاطمہ، سکیم نمبر 33 پر واقع ہے۔ اتھارٹی نے لوگوں کو خبردار بھی کیا ایسے غیر قانونی منصوبوں میں سرمایہ کاری سے گریز کریں.
اس سلسلے میں، ایس بی سی اے نے مذکورہ دونوں پراجیکٹس کے متعلقہ بلڈرز کو نوٹس جاری کیے ہیں۔ آصف زبیر بلڈرز اینڈ ڈویلپرز کے پاس لائسنس نمبر ڈی ایل-3342 اور ایم/ایس۔ لائسنس نمبر ڈی ایل-3322 رکھنے والے ایس بی ایس ایس بی ایس کو ہدایت دے رہے ہیں کہ وہ (ایس بی سی اے) سے قانونی این او سی حاصل کرنے سے پہلے ہر قسم کی مارکیٹنگ مہمات اور اپنے متعلقہ ہیڈ آفس اور سائٹ آفس سے خرید و فروخت یا بکنگ بند کر دیں۔ بصورت دیگر، تعمیراتی قوانین کی کسی بھی خلاف ورزی کو عوام کے لیے گمراہ کن اور فریب سمجھا جائے گا۔
