He maintained that the indiscriminate operation against illegal housing schemes would be continued, and town planning will also take place according to its laws.

اس معاملے میں گورننگ باڈی کے ممبروں اور مقامی سیاسی قیادت کی تجاویز کا بھی خیر مقدم کیا جائے گا۔

اجلاس میں ایف ڈی اے کے چیئرمین چوہدری لطیف نذر ، چیف انجینئر شاہد محمود ، ایڈیشنل ڈائریکٹر جنرل عامر عزیز ، ڈائریکٹرز جنید حسن ، حسن زہیت ، عاصمہ محسن ، ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر ایڈمن یاسر اعجاز چٹھہ ، اور دیگر افسران بھی موجود تھے۔

گورننگ باڈی کے ممبران میں ایم پی اے فردوس رائے ، چوہدری جاوید شریف ، وائس چیئرمین واسا ش شاہد جاوید ، ماجد حسین ، سید سلطان اعظم ، میاں یاسر انور ، چوہدری ناصر محمود اور دیگر بھی شریک ہوئے۔

ایف ڈی اے کے ڈی جی نے واضح طور پر اعلان کیا کہ میرٹ پالیسی ، اور قواعد و ضوابط کے نفاذ کو یقینی بنانا گڈ گورننس کی مرئی تصویر اور شفافیت کو فروغ دینے کی پہلی ترجیح ہے۔

انہوں نے یہ بھی بتایا کہ ریکارڈ املاک کو ڈیجیٹائز کیا جارہا ہے ، اور جائیدادوں کے مالکان کو اسمارٹ جاری کیا جائے گا جس سے کسی بھی طرح کی دھوکہ دہی کے امکانات کو ختم کرنے میں مدد ملے گی۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ غیرقانونی رہائشی سکیموں کے خلاف بلا امتیاز آپریشن جاری رکھا جائے گا اور شہروں کی منصوبہ بندی بھی اس کے قوانین کے مطابق ہوگی۔
