Pakistan Embassy to Mark Year-Long Celebrations on Bahrain's Golden Jubilee

According to the news sources, to honor the occasion, the Pakistan embassy hosted a logo launch ceremony beginning year-long Golden Jubilee celebrations with events to be hosted in Bahrain and Pakistan.

Ambassador of Pakistan to Bahrain Muhammad Ayub, and Fatima Abdullah Al Dhaen, Chief of Afro-Asian Affairs in the Foreign Ministry of Bahrain, unveiled the logo in a ceremony attended by the representatives of the Pakistan community organizations, the business community, Parliamentarians and media.

Ambassador Ayub congratulated the leadership and the people of Bahrain and Pakistan for their remarkable contributions to solidifying this friendship over the last 50 years. “Pakistan and Bahrain enjoy long-standing ties based on shared values and mutual trust with strong bonds of friendship, cultural and historical linkages,” he said. “Our two countries share the similarity of views on issues of mutual concern and support each other at multilateral forums. Both countries stand together for global peace and prosperity. “Pakistan and Bahrain have a history of security and defense cooperation in diverse fields, he added.

“We are now working together to translate this historic relationship into a mutually beneficial economic partnership.  This year, we are celebrating not only 50 years of diplomatic relations but centuries of fraternal ties, enduring friendship, close cooperation, and unwavering mutual support,” he said.

The Pakistani community and all communities in Bahrain will participate in the celebrations. The Golden Jubilee Celebrations will also focus on the participation of youth as the future flag-bearers of Pakistan-Bahrain relations,” the ambassador said.

Pakistan and Bahrain will celebrate the milestone with a renewed commitment to further strengthen the existing friendly relations between the two countries in all aspects, especially in trade and investment, culture, education, tourism, and people-to-people contacts, he added.

خبر رساں ذرائع کے مط��بق اس موقع کے اعزاز میں پاکستانی سفارتخانے نے لوگو کی رونمائی کی تقریب کا انعقاد کیا جس میں سال بھر جاری رہنے والی گولڈن جوبلی کی تقریبات کا آغاز بحرین اور پاکستان میں کیا جائے گا۔
بحرین میں پاکستان کے سفیر محمد ایوب اور بحرین کی وزارت خارجہ میں افریقی ایشیائی امور کی سربراہ فاطمہ عبداللہ الدھین نے ایک تقریب میں لوگو کی نقاب کشائی کی جس میں پاکستانی کمیونٹی تنظیموں کے نمائندوں، تاجر برادری، اراکین پارلیمنٹ اور میڈیا نے شرکت کی۔ .
سفیر ایوب نے بحرین اور پاکستان کی قیادت اور عوام کو گزشتہ 50 سالوں کے دوران اس دوستی کو مستحکم کرنے میں نمایاں خدمات پر مبارکباد دی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان اور بحرین کے درمیان مشترکہ اقدار اور باہمی اعتماد پر مبنی دیرینہ تعلقات ہیں جو مضبوط دوستی، ثقافتی اور تاریخی روابط کے ساتھ ہیں۔ "ہمارے دونوں ممالک باہمی تشویش کے مسائل پر نظریات میں یکسانیت رکھتے ہیں اور کثیرالجہتی فورمز پر ایک دوسرے کی حمایت کرتے ہیں۔ دونوں ممالک عالمی امن اور خوشحالی کے لیے ایک ساتھ کھڑے ہیں۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ پاکستان اور بحرین کے درمیان مختلف شعبوں میں سیکیورٹی اور دفاعی تعاون کی تاریخ ہے۔
"اب ہم اس تاریخی تعلقات کو باہمی طور پر فائدہ مند اقتصادی شراکت داری میں تبدیل کرنے کے لیے مل کر کام کر رہے ہیں۔ اس سال، ہم نہ صرف سفارتی تعلقات کے 50 سال بلکہ صدیوں کے برادرانہ تعلقات، پائیدار دوستی، قریبی تعاون اور غیر متزلزل باہمی تعاون کا جشن منا رہے ہیں۔
پاکستانی کمیونٹی اور بحرین کی تمام کمیونٹیز تقریبات میں شرکت کریں گی۔ گولڈن جوبلی کی تقریبات میں پاکستان بحرین تعلقات کے مستقبل کے پرچم برداروں کے طور پر نوجوانوں کی شرکت پر بھی توجہ دی جائے گی۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ پاکستان اور بحرین دونوں ممالک کے درمیان موجودہ دوستانہ تعلقات کو تمام پہلوؤں بالخصوص تجارت اور سرمایہ کاری، ثقافت، تعلیم، سیاحت اور عوام سے عوام کے درمیان رابطوں میں مزید مضبوط بنانے کے نئے عزم کے ساتھ اس سنگ میل کو منائیں گے۔
