Pakistan Citizen Portal Resolves Over 63,000 Petroleum Sector Complaints

Islamabad: Pakistan Citizen Portal has been up and running and as per the recent developments; the Petroleum Division of Energy Ministry has resolved over 63,000 complaints of the citizens.

The complaints were related to the relevant departments and gas companies. A senior official while addressing the media said, “The government is committed to ensuring transparency in all public sector departments and making them viable and service-oriented entities, which is reflective from the fact that it resolved around 63,000 complaints just in a single petroleum sector.”
