Pak-Qatar ties flourishing says CG

According to the news sources, Mishal M Al-Ansari, the consul general of Qatar in Karachi, on Saturday hosted a reception at a hotel to celebrate the country’s national day in commemoration of the founder of the state, Sheikh Jassim Bin Muhammad Bin Thani.

The event was held under the slogan, ‘Ancestral Meadows: A Matter of Trust’. Sindh Governor Imran Ismail was the chief guest at the event. Saeed Ghani, Moinuddin Haider, and Barrister Murtaza Wahab were also present on the occasion. Armed forces representatives, diplomats of the Gulf and other countries, and industrialists also attended the event and felicitated the Qatari consul general.

At this event, The Qatari diplomat explained that various memorandums of understanding had been signed between Qatar and Pakistan, including a long-term gas agreement, in 2021. He said the ties between Pakistan and Qatar were based on strong foundations of common faith and culture and they would flourish further.

نیوز ذرائع کے مطابق کراچی میں قطر کے قونصل جنرل مشعل ایم الانصاری نے ہفتے کے روز ایک ہوٹل میں مملکت کے بانی شیخ جاسم بن محمد بن تھانی کی یاد میں ملک کے قومی دن کی مناسبت سے ایک استقبالیہ کا اہتمام کیا۔

اس موقع پر سعید غنی، معین الدین حیدر اور بیرسٹر مرتضیٰ وہاب بھی موجود تھے۔ مسلح افواج کے نمائندوں، خلیجی اور دیگر ممالک کے سفارت کاروں اور صنعت کاروں نے بھی تقریب میں شرکت کی اور قطری قونصل جنرل کو مبارکباد دی۔
اس تقریب میں قطری سفارت کار نے وضاحت کی کہ قطر اور پاکستان کے درمیان 2021 میں طویل مدتی گیس کے معاہدے سمیت مختلف مفاہمت کی یادداشتوں پر دستخط کیے گئے ہیں۔ اور وہ مزید پروان چڑھیں گے۔
