Overhead Bridges Construction on CPEC Route

All-parties conference took place to discuss the issue of mishaps and accidents taking place over the route of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), and what preventions can be taken to stop them.

An action committee consisted of 16-member was formulated on this occasion. It was been later on told by the committee that representatives from various political parties and the social organization took part in this conference. 

The participants of the conference suggested that the toll tax paying obligation should be lifted from local people on Koza Banda Toll Plaza, and also added the suggestion of construction of overhead bridges and underpasses at different sections from Kakti Tunnel to Thakot. 

The committee announced to conduct separate meetings with elected members of assemblies, NHA officials, district Administrators, and CPEC officials to bring these concerns into their knowledge. 

It is been said that the committee members will meet the deputy commissioner of Battagram and will give him the briefings upon CPEC route problems.

They gave the warning of stage protests if the authorities refuse to pay attention to their problems. The participants should disappointment with the non-participation of the elected members of provincial as well as federal assemblies in this important meeting.

چین پاکستان اقتصادی راہداری (سی پی ای سی) کے راستے پر پیش آنے والے حادثات اور حادثات کے معاملے پر تبادلہ خیال کے لئے آل پارٹیز کانفرنس ہوئی ، اور انھیں روکنے کے لئے کیا روک تھام کی جاسکتی ہے۔

اس موقع پر 16 ممبروں پر مشتمل ایک ایکشن کمیٹی تشکیل دی گئی۔ کمیٹی کے بعد یہ بتایا گیا کہ اس کانفرنس میں مختلف سیاسی جماعتوں اور سماجی تنظیم کے نمائندوں نے حصہ لیا۔

کانفرنس کے شرکاء نے تجویز پیش کی کہ کوزہ بانڈا ٹول پلازہ پر ٹول ٹیکس کی ادائیگی کی ذمہ داری مقامی لوگوں سے اٹھائی جائے ، اور اس نے کاکٹی ٹنل سے لے کر تھاکوٹ تک مختلف حصوں میں اوور ہیڈ پلوں اور انڈر پاسوں کی تعمیر کی تجویز بھی شامل کی۔

کمیٹی نے ان خدشات کو اپنے علم میں لانے کے لئے اسمبلیوں کے منتخب ممبران ، این ایچ اے حکام ، ضلعی انتظامیہ اور سی پی ای سی کے عہدیداروں سے الگ الگ ملاقاتیں کرنے کا اعلان کیا۔

کہا جاتا ہے کہ کمیٹی ممبر بٹگرام کے ڈپٹی کمشنر سے ملاقات کریں گے اور انہیں سی پی ای سی روٹ کی دشواریوں کے بارے میں بریفنگ دیں گے۔

اگر حکام ان کی مشکلات پر توجہ دینے سے انکار کرتے ہیں تو انہوں نے اسٹیج احتجاج کی وارننگ دی۔ شرکاء کو اس اہم اجلاس میں صوبائی نیز وفاقی اسمبلیوں کے منتخب ممبران کی عدم شرکت سے مایوسی کا سامنا کرنا چاہئے۔
