Ministers Inspect Development Projects in Lahore

The government is committed to providing people with basic facilities according to the vision of PM Imran Khan and CM Usman Buzdar, said Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood and Punjab Minister for Local Government and Community Development Department Mian Mehmood ur Rasheed while inspecting development projects.

PTI leaders Basharat Khokhar, Zeeshan Siddiqui, and Rana Sheheryar were with the ministers who inspected development projects completed in Bhekewal Pind, Allama Iqbal Town.

Shafqat Mehmood and Mian Mehmood ur Rasheed addressed a ceremony organized in this connection. Speaking on this occasion, they said development projects of Rs10 crore have been completed in the area. Sui gas and sewerage pipelines have been laid whereas inner streets have also been constructed, adding installation of streetlights in the area would also start soon.

Provision of basic amenities to people of the area is the top priority of the government, they said and added that a separate tube well for supplying water to Bhekewal Pind and a water filtration plant for clean water are also being installed.

The incumbent government has fulfilled its promises made to the people of the area. Provision of basic facilities to people according to the vision of PM Imran Khan and CM Usman Buzdar is the top priority of the present government.

People of the area thanked Shafqat Mehmood and Main Mehmoodur Rasheed for the completion of the development work.

لاہور: پنجاب کے مختلف وزراء نے اتوار کو لاہور میں ترقیاتی منصوبوں کا معائنہ کیا۔

وفاقی وزیر تعلیم شفقت محمود اور پنجاب کے وزیر بلدیات اور کمیونٹی ڈویلپمنٹ ڈیپارٹمنٹ میاں محمود الرشید نے ترقیاتی منصوبوں کا معائنہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ حکومت وزیراعظم عمران خان اور وزیراعلیٰ عثمان بزدار کے ویژن کے مطابق عوام کو بنیادی سہولیات کی فراہمی کے لیے پرعزم ہے۔

پی ٹی آئی رہنما بشارت کھوکھر، ذیشان صدیقی اور رانا شہریار بھی وزرا کے ساتھ تھے جنہوں نے بھیکیوال پنڈ، علامہ اقبال ٹاؤن میں مکمل ہونے والے ترقیاتی منصوبوں کا معائنہ کیا۔

اس سلسلے میں منعقدہ تقریب سے شفقت محمود اور میاں محمود الرشید نے خطاب کیا۔ اس موقع پر انہوں نے کہا کہ علاقے میں 10 کروڑ روپے کے ترقیاتی منصوبے مکمل ہو چکے ہیں۔ سوئی گیس اور سیوریج کی پائپ لائنیں بچھائی جا چکی ہیں جبکہ اندرونی گلیاں بھی تعمیر کر دی گئی ہیں، علاقے میں سٹریٹ لائٹس کی تنصیب کا کام بھی جلد شروع ہو جائے گا۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ علاقے کے لوگوں کو بنیادی سہولیات کی فراہمی حکومت کی اولین ترجیح ہے اور انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ بھیکیوال پنڈ میں پانی کی فراہمی کے لیے علیحدہ ٹیوب ویل اور صاف پانی کے لیے واٹر فلٹریشن پلانٹ بھی لگایا جا رہا ہے۔

موجودہ حکومت نے علاقے کے عوام سے کئے گئے وعدے پورے کئے ہیں۔ وزیراعظم عمران خان اور وزیراعلیٰ عثمان بزدار کے ویژن کے مطابق عوام کو بنیادی سہولیات کی فراہمی موجودہ حکومت کی اولین ترجیح ہے۔

اہل علاقہ نے ترقیاتی کاموں کی تکمیل پر شفقت محمود اور مین محمود الرشید کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔
