Master City Housing Scheme open for bidding

Management of the Master City has presented the list of needed materials. Documents of the tender will be handed over to all interested investors once they submit a nonrefundable fees. Payments can be made at Plot no 299, L Block, Model Town Ext, Lahore during the working hours btw 9AM till 5PM. Deadline has been set for 20th of April,2019.

Conditions set for all applicants include having approval of WADPA or PEPCO, a statement or description of all the ongoing or previous litigation cases, an experience of having completed similar projects to this in the past and finally an attached undertaking on a stamp paper confirming the company’s legitimacy.  

April 30, 2019 is the final date till which the tenders for underground electric power supplies will be received and in the presence of bidders, will be opened at the office of Master City Gujranwala at 2 PM on May 3, 2019.

It is to be noted that Master City community is offering all modern facilities of international standards and that all in the midst of extremely environment friendly surroundings.
