LDA opens tenders of 4,000 apartments

Once the allegations of irregularities got leveled by the contractors, the tenders of the first phase of 4000 apartments opened by Lahore Development Authority (LDA). These apartments will be constructed in LDA City under the Naya Pakistan Apartment project.

On the 10^th of February. The tenders were opened, in LDA Officer, of the Package One for the construction of 4,000 apartments, it was told by an LDA Official. It is also been said that in Package One, two tenders were opened for the building of 15 blocks.

All these blocks mentioned above will consist of 32 apartments each. Therefore, under the Single Stage Two Envelope process, the tenders were opened for the building up of 960 apartments.

Engineer Amir Riaz Qureshi has told that Vice Chairman of Lahore Development Authority (LDA) SM Imran is personally looking into all affairs and progress regarding the LDA City New Pakistan Apartment project.

The work over the project will take place in the most transparent manner and every possible resource will be utilized for its early completion. It is announced by Lahore Development Authority (LDA) that further tenders for construction work will open of 17^th February, 13^th, and 20^th, and there will be no amendments in tender opening dates.

As per the first phase, working upon the construction of 4,000 apartments will start this month.

مذکورہ بالا یہ تمام بلاکس بتیس اپارٹمنٹس پر مشتمل ہوں گے۔ لہذا ، سنگل اسٹیج ٹو لفافے کے عمل کے تحت ، نو سو ساٹھ اپارٹمنٹس کی تعمیر کے لئے ٹینڈرز کھول دئے گئے تھے۔

انجینئر امیر ریاض قریشی نے بتایا ہے کہ لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (ایل ڈی اے) کے وائس چیئرمین ایس ایم عمران ذاتی طور پر ایل ڈی اے سٹی نیو پاکستان اپارٹمنٹ منصوبے کے حوالے سے تمام امور اور پیشرفت پر غور کررہے ہیں۔

اس منصوبے پر کام انتہائی شفاف طریقے سے ہوگا اور اس کی تکمیل کے لئے ہر ممکن وسائل کو بروئے کار لایا جائے گا۔ لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (ایل ڈی اے) نے اعلان کیا ہے کہ تعمیراتی کام کے مزید ٹینڈر 17 فروری ، 13 اور 20 تاریخ کو کھلیں گے ، اور ٹینڈر کھلنے کی تاریخوں میں کوئی ترمیم نہیں ہوگی۔

پہلے مرحلے کے مطابق ، اس ماہ میں چار ہزار اپارٹمنٹس کی تعمیر پر کام شروع ہوگا۔
