LDA initiates demarcation of land for Naya Pakistan Apartments Project

According to the progress shown in planning respective of LDA City New Pakistan apartments, the village hluky four thousand Kanal land demarcation has started. The first phase of the four apartments along with town planning, The MP, and the engineering wing have started the work.

All directorates are also demarcating the admittance road to the land on the spot. For the practical work implementation upon the LDA City Apartment project, the Chief Minister has given the deadline of December 31st, 2020.

The Prime Minister is expected to lay the foundation stone of the project, by the Punjab Government and the LDA. LDA Governing Body also approved the PC-1 of the project. Rs 2 billion has been allocated in the new budget by the prime minister for the project to progress.

The project has been renamed LDA City New Pakistan Apartments. 4,000 apartments will be constructed in the first phase over the land of 800 Kanals. The price ranges will be within the reach of LDA, low-income people, and government employees.

ایل ڈی اے (لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی) شہر کے نئے اپارٹمنٹس کی پیشرفت میں ایل ڈی اے نے نیا پاکستان اپارٹمنٹس پروجیکٹ کے لئے اراضی کی چار ہزار کنال کی حد بندی کا آغاز کیا۔

ایل ڈی اے سٹی نیو پاکستان اپارٹمنٹس سے متعلقہ منصوبوں کی منصوبہ بندی میں جو پیشرفت ہوئی ہے اس کے مطابق ، گاؤں کے علاقے ہلوکی میں چار ہزار کنال اراضی کی حد بندی شروع ہوگئی ہے۔ ٹاؤن پلاننگ کے ساتھ ساتھ چار اپارٹمنٹس کے پہلے مرحلے ، ایم پی ، اور انجینئرنگ ونگ نے کام شروع کردیا ہے۔

تمام ڈائریکٹوریٹ موقع پر ہی زمین تک ایڈمیٹینس روڈ کی بھی جانچ کررہے ہیں۔ ایل ڈی اے سٹی اپارٹمنٹ منصوبے پر عملی طور پر کام کرنے کے لئے ، وزیر اعلی نے 31 دسمبر ، 2020 کی آخری تاریخ دی ہے۔

توقع کی جاتی ہے کہ وزیر اعظم پنجاب حکومت اور ایل ڈی اے کے ذریعہ اس منصوبے کا سنگ بنیاد رکھیں گے۔ ایل ڈی اے گورننگ باڈی نے منصوبے کے پی سی ون ون کی بھی منظوری دے دی۔ منصوبے کی پیشرفت کے لئے وزیر اعظم نے نئے بجٹ میں 2 ارب روپے مختص کیے ہیں۔

اس منصوبے کا نام ایل ڈی اے سٹی نیو پاکستان اپارٹمنٹ رکھ دیا گیا ہے۔ پہلے مرحلے میں 800 کنال کی اراضی پر 4،000 اپارٹمنٹس تعمیر کیے جائیں گے۔ قیمت کی حدیں ایل ڈی اے ، کم آمدنی والے افراد ، اور سرکاری ملازمین کی رسائ کے اندر ہوں گی۔
