Lahore's New Masterplan in the works

DG LDA has set up a new Directorate of Master Planning, appointing Faisal Masood as Director Master Planning and also issued a notification. According to sources, DG LDA Ahmed Aziz Tarar has set up a new Directorate of Master Planning to prepare a new master plan for Lahore.

Faisal Masood has been posted as Director Master Planning Directorate. Deputy Director Usman Tahir and Assistant Director Shahrooz Javed have been posted in the Master Planning Directorate.

The new directorate was approved by the LDA Governing Body and has been formally implemented. The new directorate will expedite the process of preparation of the next master plan for the city, helping to complete the master plan as per the target. Director Administration Nawaz Gondal has issued the notification.

The preparation of LDA's budget for the financial year 2221 has entered the final stages. LDA will spend Rs. 12 billion 111.5 million on the development of the city from its own financial resources.

According to the budget proposals, LDA will spend Rs. 1.25 billion on completion of ongoing development schemes and Rs. 1 billion received from the area development program. Rs 92 crore will be spent on development while Rs 41.2 crore will be spent on LDA Avenue One.

فیصل مسعود کو ڈائریکٹر ماسٹر پلاننگ ڈائریکٹوریٹ تعینات کیا گیا ہے۔ ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر عثمان طاہر اور اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر شاہروز جاوید کو ماسٹر پلاننگ ڈائریکٹوریٹ میں تعینات کیا گیا ہے۔

ایل ڈی اے گورننگ باڈی کے ذریعہ نئے نظامت کی منظوری دی گئی تھی اور اسے باقاعدہ طور پر نافذ کیا گیا ہے۔ نیا نظامت شہر کے لئے اگلے ماسٹر پلان کی تیاری کے عمل کو تیز کرے گا ، اور ہدف کے مطابق ماسٹر پلان کو مکمل کرنے میں مدد ملے گا۔ ڈائریکٹر انتظامیہ نواز گوندل نے نوٹیفکیشن جاری کردیا ہے۔

مالی سال 2221 کے لئے ایل ڈی اے کے بجٹ کی تیاری آخری مراحل میں داخل ہوگئی ہے۔ ایل ڈی اے لاکھ روپے خرچ کرے گا۔ اس کے اپنے مالی وسائل سے شہر کی ترقی پر 12 ارب 111.5 ملین خرچ ہوں گے۔

بجٹ کی تجاویز کے مطابق ، ایل ڈی اے. لاکھ روپے خرچ کرے گا۔ جاری ترقیاتی سکیموں کی تکمیل پر 1.25 ارب روپے رقبہ ترقیاتی پروگرام پر 1 ارب خرچ ہوں گے اور ترقیاتی منصوبوں پر 92 کروڑ روپے خرچ ہوں گے-
