KMC decides to install e-ticketing system at Zulfiqarabad Oil Tanker Terminal, Karachi

Karachi Administrator Murtaza Wahab said on Saturday that the e-ticketing system will be launched in collaboration with oil companies. The parking terminal will be constructed under the CR partnership.

These views were expressed during a meeting with representatives of oil marketing companies. Metropolitan Commissioner Afzal Zaidi, Terminal Project Director Imran Siddiqui, Director Imtiaz Abro, representatives of the oil council, and other officers concerned were present on the occasion.

Wahab, who is also the Sindh government spokesman and the chief minister’s law adviser, said that the construction of the oil tanker parking terminal will help deal with the gridlock situation caused by the awkwardly parked tankers in the city.

He said that with the participation of private investors, the construction and development of the Zulfiqarabad Oil Tanker Terminal will be improved, and better facilities will be provided to truck owners and drivers.

کراچی کے ایڈمنسٹریٹر مرتضیٰ وہاب نے ہفتے کے روز کہا کہ ای ٹکٹنگ سسٹم تیل کمپنیوں کے تعاون سے شروع کیا جائے گا۔ پارکنگ ٹرمینل CR شراکت داری کے تحت تعمیر کیا جائے گا۔

ان خیالات کا اظہار آئل مارکیٹنگ کمپنیوں کے نمائندوں سے ملاقات کے دوران کیا گیا۔ میٹروپولیٹن کمشنر افضل زیدی ، ٹرمینل پروجیکٹ ڈائریکٹر عمران صدیقی ، ڈائریکٹر امتیاز ابڑو ، آئل کونسل کے نمائندے اور دیگر متعلقہ افسران اس موقع پر موجود تھے۔

وہاب ، جو سندھ حکومت کے ترجمان اور وزیراعلیٰ کے مشیر قانون بھی ہیں ، نے کہا کہ آئل ٹینکر پارکنگ ٹرمینل کی تعمیر سے شہر میں عجیب و غریب کھڑے ٹینکروں کی وجہ سے پیدا ہونے والی مشکلات سے نمٹنے میں مدد ملے گی۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ نجی سرمایہ کاروں کی شرکت سے ذوالفقار آباد آئل ٹینکر ٹرمینل کی تعمیر اور ترقی کو بہتر بنایا جائے گا ، اور ٹرک مالکان اور ڈرائیوروں کو بہتر سہولیات فراہم کی جائیں گی۔
