Lahore: ilaan.com, continuing on its mission to create equal employment opportunities, has signed an MoU with the Khawaja Sira Society (KSS).
The MoU was signed by HR ilaan.com Arooj Shahid and Programme Director Khawaja Sira Society (KSS) Moon Ali. The purpose of this MoU is to create employment opportunities for the transgenders in Pakistan through the collaboration of KSS.
Under this MoU, KSS will refer talented individuals from the transgenders community to ilaan.com and they will be accommodated in the available vacancies.
This idea of this collaboration is to break the stereotypes and show the productive side of the transgender community to create a strong case for the creation of suitable jobs for them.
