Islamabad: Syed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, said that the government is devoted to resuscitating sick welfare projects for facilitating expatriates at maximum.
While speaking in the launch ceremony of the “Country Homes and Luxury Apartments” scheme at OPF valley Zone V (Islamabad), he further added that in the housing sector, the scheme offers safe, secure, and profitable investment opportunities to expatriates.
Also said that the scheme possesses 200 villas, which will get divided into four phases that would provide international level amenities to the ex-pats.

او پی ایف ویلی زون وی (اسلام آباد) میں "کنٹری ہومس اینڈ لگژری اپارٹمنٹس" اسکیم کے آغاز کی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ہاؤسنگ سیکٹر میں یہ اسکیم غیر ملکیوں کو محفوظ ، محفوظ اور منافع بخش سرمایہ کاری کے مواقع فراہم کرتی ہے۔
نیز یہ بھی کہا کہ اس اسکیم میں 200 ولاز ہیں جن کو چار مراحل میں تقسیم کیا جائے گا جو سابقوں کو بین الاقوامی سطح کی سہولیات فراہم کرے گی۔
