DHA Gujranwala Invites EOI for Infrastructural Development

The news sources have further stated that DHA Gujranwala has invited the EOI for infrastructural development works including theme park and canal area commercial project; commercial projects including luxury & A class apartments, 10 marla villas, 5 marla houses, & 5-star hotel; amenity projects including Medical City with nursing school, Sports Complex, Education City; DHA Club with all facilities, and Sector Mosque.

As per the details, only firms enlisted with the PEC and having relevant experience in mega projects can submit the EOI. A new firm has to be enlisted with the PEC before the contract is awarded. Bidders can participate in any specific project within the categories mentioned above. The last date to submit a detailed technical and financial proposal is July 15, 2020.

Soon after the process of shortlisting, DHA Gujranwala will invite the pre-qualified firms to present the proposal to the Project Management Committee.
