Rawalpindi: Chief Traffic Officer of Rawalpindi Rai Mazhar Iqbal visited different branches of CTO Headquarters without prior notice and directed the officers concerned to give all possible facilities to the citizens.
CTO Rawalpindi visited the headquarters to see the original condition of the headquarters. In his visit, he inspected the security and other arrangements. He issued instructions to the entire staff to make sure that steps should be taken to facilitate the citizen.
Rai Mazhar Iqbal issued special instructions to the in-charge of Challan Branch, Police Welfare Center, and licensing Branch to further improve the arrangements.
He asked about the facilities and services being provided at the mentioned offices.
A Police Welfare Center has been set up here to facilitate the CTO official bodies and address their departmental issues.
