CM Buzdar approved budget for uplifting projects in province

For this purpose, The Cabinet standing committee for finance and development met here under the chair of Finance Minister Hashim Jawan Bakht and approved funds for different projects.

It is reported by sources that it was decided in the meeting to extend the scope of Rehmat-ul-Lil-Alameen Peace be Upon Him Scholarships to colleges and universities. For this cause, the budget of Rs477 million was approved in the current fiscal year.

During the next fiscal year, the budget of this scholarship will be increased to Rs 834 million.

It was also decided in the same meeting to gradually construct rainwater storage tanks in Lahore at 10 different points and construction of water storage facilities at Kashmir Road, Sheranwala Gate, and nearby Qaddafi Stadium with an amount of Rs. 1.85 billion. 

At the same time, the meeting also approved the immediate release of Rs.2 billion for road repair in different districts. Alongside, Rs.180 million was approved for BS Block in Government Girls Degree College Samanabad, and a provision of Rs.500 million was also approved for construction of different blocks in newly-approved Emerson University Multan. 

The meeting also approved the hiring of sub-inspectors, assistant sub-inspectors, head constables, and constables against 565 vacant posts in Muzaffargarh, Layyah, Rajanpur, and DG Khan. The up-gradation of KhararBuzdar basic health unit to rural health centers was approved in DG Khan. The meeting also approved Rs.50 million grants-in-aid for Divisional Public School DG Khan. The meeting also confirmed Rs.68 million for four new police stations and as many check posts of border military police DG Khan. 

The meeting further approved Rs.125 million for the promotion of tourism in the historic Nandana Fort in PD Khan Tehsil of Jhelum. Another Rs.60 million was recommended for tourism purposes in Kahuta, Khewra, and Patriata. Likewise, the budget of Rs.34 million was approved for the provision of water in Gurdwara PanjaSahab in Hassan Abdaal. 

لاہور: وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب سردار عثمان بزدار نے عوام کی بہتر سہولیات کی سہولت اور معاونت کے لئے صوبے کے مختلف اضلاع میں نئے منصوبوں کے لئے بھاری فنڈز کی منظوری دے دی۔

اس مقصد کے لئے ، وزیر خزانہ ہاشم جوان بخت کی زیر صدارت کابینہ کی قائمہ کمیٹی برائے خزانہ اور ترقی نے یہاں اجلاس کیا اور مختلف منصوبوں کے لئے فنڈز کی منظوری دی۔

ذرائع کے مطابق اطلاع دی گئی ہے کہ اجلاس میں فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ رحمت اللیلعالمین امن برپا ہونے کا دائرہ کالجوں اور یونیورسٹیوں تک بڑھایا جائے۔ اس مقصد کے لئے رواں مالی سال میں 477 ملین روپے کے بجٹ کی منظوری دی گئی۔
آئندہ مالی سال کے دوران اس اسکالرشپ کا بجٹ بڑھا کر 834 ملین روپے کردیا جائے گا۔

اسی میٹنگ میں فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ لاہور میں بارش کے پانی کے ذخیرہ کرنے والے ٹینکوں کو آہستہ آہستہ 10 مختلف مقامات پر تعمیر کیا جائے اور کشمیر روڈ ، شیرانوالہ گیٹ اور قریبی قذافی اسٹیڈیم میں آبی ذخیرہ کرنے کی سہولیات کی لاگت سے 500 روپے کی لاگت آئے گی۔ 1.85 بلین۔

اسی دوران ، اجلاس نے مختلف اضلاع میں سڑکوں کی مرمت کے لئے 2 ارب روپے فوری طور پر جاری کرنے کی بھی منظوری دی۔ اس کے ساتھ ہی گورنمنٹ گرلز ڈگری کالج سمن آباد میں بی ایس بلاک کے لئے 1 کروڑ 80 لاکھ روپے کی منظوری دی گئی ہے اور نئی منظور شدہ ایمرسن یونیورسٹی ملتان میں مختلف بلاکس کی تعمیر کے لئے بھی 500 ملین روپے کی فراہمی کی منظوری دی گئی ہے۔

اجلاس میں مظفر گڑھ ، لیہ ، راجن پور اور ڈی جی خان میں 565 خالی آسامیوں کے خلاف سب انسپکٹرز ، اسسٹنٹ سب انسپکٹرز ، ہیڈ کانسٹیبلز اور کانسٹیبلوں کی خدمات حاصل کرنے کی بھی منظوری دی گئی۔ ڈی جی خان میں کھار بزدار بنیادی صحت یونٹ کو دیہی صحت مراکز میں اپ گریڈیشن کی منظوری دی گئی۔ اجلاس میں ڈویژنل پبلک اسکول ڈی جی خان کے لئے 50 ملین روپے کے گرانٹ ان ایڈ کی بھی منظوری دی گئی۔ اجلاس میں چار نئے تھانوں اور بارڈر ملٹری پولیس ڈی جی خان کی متعدد چیک پوسٹوں کے لئے 67 ملین روپے کی توثیق بھی کی گئی۔

اجلاس نے جہلم کی تحصیل پی ڈی خان میں تاریخی نندانہ قلعہ میں سیاحت کے فروغ کے لئے ایک کروڑ 15 لاکھ روپے کی منظوری دی۔ کہوٹہ ، کھیوڑا اور پیٹریاٹا میں سیاحت کے مقاصد کے لئے مزید 60 ملین روپے کی سفارش کی گئی۔ اسی طرح حسن ابدال میں گردوارہ پنجا صحاب میں پانی کی فراہمی کے لئے 35 لاکھ روپے کے بجٹ کی منظوری دی گئی۔
