CDA to resume work on Ladies club in G-10

The Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) has given directions to the concerned officials to carry out the work over Ladies Club Project at G-10 Markaz which has been neglected for a long.

The project was started years ago but had to stop in between due to certain other major priorities. Now, the working upon Ladies Club project at G-10 Markaz is resumed for providing healthy and amusing amenities to the surrounding citizens. 

The Chairman of CDA has instructed the Engineering Department of CDA to finish the project within less period, no matter obstacles come in between, they should be resolved on an urgent basis to reach the final stage of the Ladies Club Project at G-10 Markaz.

The concerned officials have said that CDA is quite much concerned about Ladies Club Project in sector G-10, and the project`s structure is fully complete by now. The area covered by the building is 97,000 square feet.

The entertainment amenities include a cinema and theatre for about 150 to 170 individuals, two banquet halls, a children's play area, sports amenities such as aerobics, a gymnasium, and squash courts, and a swimming pool. There will be two tennis lawns and a multi-purpose sports hall for the sports-oriented women.

Amir Ali Ahmed, the chairman of CDA, has strictly given the deadline to Engineering Wing so that the money public spent over this facility can be brought into use for proper and efficient health and club facilities that can be provided by the citizens.

چیئرمین کیپٹل ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (سی ڈی اے) نے متعلقہ عہدیداروں کو جی ٹین مارکاز میں لیڈیز کلب پروجیکٹ پر کام کرنے کی ہدایت کی ہے جس کو ای�� طویل عرصے سے نظرانداز کیا جارہا ہے۔

یہ پروجیکٹ برسوں پہلے شروع ہوا تھا لیکن کچھ دوسری بڑی ترجیحات کی وجہ سے اس کے درمیان ہی رکنا پڑا۔ اب ، آس پاس کے شہریوں کو صحت مند اور دل لگی سہولیات کی فراہمی کے لئے جی ٹین مارکاز میں لیڈیز کلب پروجیکٹ کا کام دوبارہ شروع کیا گیا ہے۔

سی ڈی اے کے چیئرمین نے سی ڈی اے کے انجینئرنگ ڈیپارٹمنٹ کو ہدایت کی ہے کہ پروجیکٹ کو کم مدت میں ختم کیا جائے ، اس میں کوئی رکاوٹیں پیش آئیں ، ان کو فوری طور پر حل کیا جائے تاکہ وہ جی ٹین مارکاز پر لیڈیز کلب پروجیکٹ کے آخری مرحلے تک پہنچ سکیں۔

متعلقہ عہدیداروں نے کہا ہے کہ سی ڈی اے سیکٹر جی ٹین میں لیڈیز کلب پروجیکٹ کے بارے میں کافی حد تک فکر مند ہے ، اور اس منصوبے کا ڈھانچہ ابھی مکمل طور پر مکمل ہوچکا ہے۔ عمارت کا احاطہ کرنے والا رقبہ 97،000 مربع فٹ ہے۔

سی ڈی اے کے چیئرمین ، امیر علی احمد نے انجینئرنگ ونگ کو سختی سے ڈیڈ لائن دی ہے تاکہ عوام کو اس سہولت پر خرچ ہونے والی رقم کو مناسب اور موثر صحت اور کلب کی سہولیات کے لئے استعمال میں لایا جاسکے جو شہریوں کو مہیا کی جاسکتی ہیں۔
