CDA to construct access roads and underpass in F-8

These roads and loops would be constructed by in-house resources and the directions have been issued in this regard to the MPO Directorate to start immediate work on these loops. Acting upon the directions of the authority, the machinery has been mobilized and work has been initiated on these roads.

As an outcome of these roads, the traffic congestion would be reduced for making the traffic flow smoothly in these sectors and Jinnah Avenue as well. The roads and loops would be linked to the underpass on Jinnah Avenue in a way that the traffic coming to Jinnah Avenue would pass through the underpass, thus making the traffic flow better. Traffic would also use these access roads/loops to enter on service road (North) Sector G-8 and service road (South) of Sector F-8. CDA has issued the instructions to work on these access roads/loops and should be completed by next week so that traffic rush at the G-9 junctions on Jinnah Avenue could be reduced.
