CDA gets Rs20.35b for 13 commercial plots by auction

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) received offers to the tune of Rs20.35 billion for 13 commercial plots located in different business centers of the federal capital on the first day of the two-day auction activity.

The auction committee of CDA on the first day auctioned four plots of I-8 Markaz which also include plot number 53 which received the highest offers of Rs6.5 billion. Another two plots also fetched over rupees one billion for the authority.

Some plots of Blue Area including plot number 10 was auctioned for Rs4.7 billion, plot no. 15 for Rs2.8 billion, and plot no. 16 received the highest offer of Rs2.6 billion.

The auction committee headed by Member Finance Rana Shakeel Jazib which also comprises Member Planning and Design, Member Estate, Director Public Relations, and other officials is conducting the auction exercise.

The CDA board will give a final nod to auctioned commercial plots.

کیپیٹل ڈیولپمنٹ اتھارٹی (سی ڈی اے) کو دو روزہ نیلامی سرگرمی کے پہلے دن وفاقی دارالحکومت کے مختلف کاروباری مراکز میں واقع 13 کمرشل پلاٹوں کے لیے 20.35 ارب روپے کی پیشکش موصول ہوئی۔

سی ڈی اے کی نیلامی کمیٹی نے پہلے دن I-8 مراکز کے چار پلاٹوں کی نیلامی کی جس میں پلاٹ نمبر 53 بھی شامل ہے جسے 6.5 ارب روپے کی سب سے زیادہ پیشکشیں موصول ہوئیں۔ مزید دو پلاٹوں نے اتھارٹی کے لیے ایک ارب روپے سے زائد وصول کیے۔

پلاٹ نمبر 10 سمیت بلیو ایریا کے کچھ پلاٹس 4.7 ارب روپے میں نیلام ہوئے ، پلاٹ نمبر۔ 2.8 ارب روپے میں 15 اور پلاٹ نمبر۔ 16 کو 2.6 ارب روپے کی سب سے زیادہ پیشکش موصول ہوئی۔

نیلامی کمیٹی کی سربراہی ممبر فنانس رانا شکیل جزیب کرتی ہے جس میں ممبر پلاننگ اینڈ ڈیزائن ، ممبر اسٹیٹ ، ڈائریکٹر پبلک ریلیشنز اور دیگر عہدیدار بھی شامل ہیں۔

سی ڈی اے بورڈ کمرشل پلاٹوں کی نیلامی کو حتمی منظوری دے گا۔
