3 Marla houses on monthly installments in low-cost housing scheme

People with an income less than 60 thousand a month are given this opportunity to get a 3 Marla house under a Low-cost housing scheme by the Government of Punjab in 12 thousand per month.

According to sources, the Punjab government is launching a cheap house scheme for low-income people, which will provide these houses to those whose monthly income is less than Rs 60,000.

The government has initially set some conditions for giving houses to low-income people, in which the income of the citizen is conditional but at the same time the people of the tehsil in which the housing scheme is located will get houses, fewer Individuals with income will also be able to easily get a loan of Rs 10 lakh from the bank.

The citizen must not have any property in any other government housing scheme, while monthly sources of income, bank account details, motorcycle registration documents should be provided to the authority for further procedure.

On the other hand, farmers with less than 12 acres of agricultural land will also be eligible to buy a house under the housing scheme. The house will not be rented for ten years. The scheme will be built in Raiwind Tehsil in the city. The down payment will be paid by the Punjab government itself.

ذرائع کے مطابق کم آمدن والے افراد کے لیے حکومت پنجاب سستا گھر سکیم شروع کر رہی ہے، جس سے ایسے شہری جن کی ماہانہ ذرائع آمدن 60 ہزار روپے سے کم ہے ان کو یہ گھر بنا کے دیئے جائیں گے۔

حکومت نے ابتدائی طور پر کم ذرائع آمدن والے افراد کو گھر دینے کے لیے چند شرائط بھی تیار کی ہیں، جس میں شہری کی آمدن تو مشروط ہے ہی لیکن ساتھ ہی جس تحصیل میں ہاؤسنگ سکیم ہوگی اسی تحصیل کے افراد کو گھر ملے گا، کم آمدن والے افراد کو بینک سے 10 لاکھ روپے کا قرض بھی آسانی سے مل سکے گا، شہری کا کسی بھی اور سرکاری ہاؤسنگ سکیم میں کوئی پراپرٹی نہ ہونا لازم ہے، جبکہ ماہانہ ذرائع آمدن، بینک اکاؤنٹ کی تفصیلات، موٹر سائیکل کی رجسٹریشن کی دستاویزات دینا ہوں گی۔

دوسری جانب بارہ ایکٹر سے کم زرعی رقبے والے کاشتکار بھی ہاؤسنگ سکیم میں گھر لینے کے اہل ہونگے، گھر دس سال کے لیے کرائے پربھی نہیں دیا جاسکے گا، شہر میں یہ سکیم رائے ونڈ تحصیل میں بنے گی، سکیم نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ اپارٹمنٹ سے الگ ہوگی، ڈاؤن پیمنٹ کی ادائیگی حکومت پنجاب خود کرے گی۔
