ilaan.com is willing to hire a skilled professional candidate for the post of “Sales Executive (Agency). The selected applicant will have to deal with real estate agencies in the region, handle accounts onboarded real estate agencies at ilaan.com, capable of achieving monthly/Quarterly and Annual targets, should maintain healthy relationship management with clients at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily visit & sells company product by establishing contact and developing relationships with real estate agencies.
• Selling services packages to real estate agencies.
• Taking and generating orders from the agencies by visiting them regularly and managing recoveries and backup in the market.
• Maintaining relationships with the existing agencies and increase order volumes
• Responsible to meet the deadlines given for the targets achieving.
• Generation of Daily Sales Report and submitting it to Sales Manager.
• Meeting Monthly sales targets.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SKILLS:

• Time Management Skills
• Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years of proven experience from Real Estate/Insurance set up or loan banking will be plus point.
