Karachi: On Thursday, The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) introduced an online portal for complaint resolution mechanism to start resolving complaints of the potential customers, according to the government`s Naya Pakistan subsidy scheme of affordable housing.
In Islamabad, Prime Minister Imran Khan-led a meeting of the National Coordination Committee on Housing, Construction and Development (NCCHCD).
He appreciated the introduction and development of the user-friendly and to the point complaint resolution mechanism, making it easier for people to get loans under this scheme.
The complaint resolution mechanism consists of a live IT portal along with a comprehensive network of SBP, also commercial bank`s staff will be looking after the problems faced by the complaint registrars of affordable and low-budget housing loans.
This initiative will help low and middle-class-income holders to resolve their difficulty in in-house building finances. While potential customers can already have direct access to the existing systems and procedures of the banks for resolving their complaints.
Over the advice of the SBP, about 50 percent of their branches are designated by the banks for the provision of the financing under the light of this facility.

شکایت کو حل کرنے کا طریقہ کار ایس بی پی کے ایک جامع نیٹ ورک کے ساتھ براہ راست آئی ٹی پورٹل پر مشتمل ہے ، تجارتی بینک کا عملہ بھی سستی اور کم بجٹ والے ہاؤسنگ قرضوں کے شکایات رجسٹراروں کو درپیش مسائل کی دیکھ بھال کرے گا۔
اس اقدام سے کم اور درمیانے طبقے کے آمدنی والے افراد کو رہائش پذیر عمارت کے مالی معاملات کو حل کرنے میں مدد ملے گی۔ جب کہ ممکنہ صارفین اپنی شکایات کے حل کے لئے بینکوں کے موجودہ نظاموں اور طریقہ کار تک پہلے ہی براہ راست رسائی حاصل کرسکتے ہیں۔
اسٹیٹ بینک کے مشورے کے تحت ، ان کی شاخوں کا تقریبا 50 فیصد بینک اس سہولت کی روشنی میں فنانسنگ کی فراہمی کے لئے بینک کے ذریعہ نامزد کرتے ہیں۔
