LDA approves Building & Zoning Regulations 2020 for four districts

This regulatory direction provides guidelines to the entire business community of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, and Nankana Sahib for the beginning of new ventures in different categories in conjunction with the utilization of land as per Lahore’s Master Land.

The zones for the above-mentioned activities are as follow:

• Residential
• Commercial
• Industrial
• Institutional
• Criterion about the size of plots
• Width of roads

Besides the mentioned points, there are other minor standards for establishing new business were also determined in this meeting.

The sixth meeting of the LDA governing body was held under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman SM Imran. Director General LDA Ahmed Aziz Tarar briefed the participants on the status of implementation of the decisions of the previous meeting.

The governing body approved the revised PC-1 worth Rs 49.54 billion for LDA City phase One. This amount also included Rs 9.67 billion for compulsory acquisition of land required for acquiring balance patches of land in Jinnah Sector and construction of 200 feet wide Chenab Road for connecting phase one of the scheme with Ferozepur Road near Ring Road.

یہ ریگولیٹری ہدایت لاہور ، قصور ، شیخوپورہ ، اور ننکانہ صاحب کی پوری کاروباری برادری کو لاہور کی ماسٹر لینڈ کے مطابق اراضی کے استعمال کے ساتھ مل کر مختلف قسموں میں نئے منصوبے کے آغاز کے لئے رہنما خطوط فراہم کرتی ہے۔

مذکورہ نکات کے علاوہ ، نئے کاروبار کے قیام کے لئے دیگر معمولی معیارات بھی اس اجلاس میں طے کیے گئے تھے۔

ایل ڈی اے گورننگ باڈی کا چھٹا اجلاس وائس چیئرمین ایس ایم عمران کی زیر صدارت ہوا۔ ڈائریکٹر جنرل ایل ڈی اے احمد عزیز تارڑ نے شرکاء کو گذشتہ اجلاس کے فیصلوں پر عمل درآمد کی صورتحال سے آگاہ کیا۔

گورننگ باڈی نے ایل ڈی اے سٹی فیز ون کے لئے 49.54 ارب روپے مالیت کے نظرثانی شدہ پی سی ون کو منظوری دے دی۔ اس رقم میں جناح سیکٹر میں متوازن پیچ کے حصول کے لئے ضروری اراضی کے لازمی حصول کے لئے 9.67 ارب روپے اور رنگ روڈ کے قریب فیروز پور روڈ کے ساتھ اسکیم کے ایک مرحلے کو مربوط کرنے کے لئے 200 فٹ چوڑا چناب روڈ کی تعمیر بھی شامل ہے۔
