Islamabad Highway to be expanded and rehabilitated from the Koral to Rawat section

The execution of the project was approved by the board under the circumstances that the work will be executed by government organizations such as the FWO. It was observed that individual interventions were not fruitful unless the full-fledged project is taken up and completed in one go.

With the year-end approaching and the CDA budget posting a surplus, the chairman of CDA has approved this project which has been long due and essential for the residents of Islamabad. This project will also include a bus route for the Blue Line which currently does not have a separate designated track.

اس منصوبے پر عمل درآمد کی منظوری بورڈ نے ان حالات میں دی تھی کہ اس کام کو ایف ڈبلیو او جیسی سرکاری تنظیمیں انجام دیں گی۔ یہ دیکھا گیا کہ انفرادی مداخلت اس وقت تک نتیجہ خیز ثابت نہیں ہوتی جب تک کہ مکمل منصوبے کو ایک ہی بار میں مکمل کر لیا جائے۔ سال کا اختتام قریب آنے اور سی ڈی اے کا بجٹ سرپلس ہونے کے بعد، سی ڈی اے کے چیئرمین نے اس منصوبے کی منظوری دے دی ہے جو اسلام آباد کے رہائشیوں کے لیے طویل عرصے سے واجب الادا اور ضروری تھا۔ اس پروجیکٹ میں بلیو لائن کے لیے ایک بس روٹ بھی شامل ہو گا جس کا فی الحال الگ سے نامزد ٹریک نہیں ہے۔
